Visit the website and look at the top of the page. There will be a giant rotating box of pictures. Look for the one with the picture of the Cheetos (either wait for the slide or click the third circle in the upper right corncer) and click where it says Sign in to Sample. You must then either sign in or sign up for a snack profile first. Once you are signed in, click Snack Ready Alert at the top of the page and then click on the Sign in to Sample link once again to get to the form.
