I followed the link, got a popup window to login or sign up. I signed up then got the same pop up window so I logged in. Went through the steps to request this and got a message that it’s for new customers only.

I have never had any luck with this particular company’s promotion.
The first time I created an account, all of a sudden, the promotion disappeared – I never got that pair of free earrings either.
I think you should investigate this as a scam and the same with Riversol Skin Care, another company who never honors their sample offers.
