you must fill the from out then check your emails and in the email they tell you that you have to send them a stamped letter of that email with your address because of so many people ordering

It worked for me but im not sing internet explorer and a friend tried with that and it would not work…
The form actually works, scroll down after submitting. It will give you what is the problem if any or will give you success message.
I called them about my stone and the confirmed my submission.

That form is messed up.It would not submit. The security code kept changing. it was right but yet wouldnt let me submit. It changed like 10 times
